Lantern Projects - prototype design and development

Lantern Projects is a wonderful non-profit which provides a simple way for people, and particularly for school children, to make donations to charitable projects throughout the world. The original site was designed a few years ago. bobata webdev has now redesigned the site to bring it up to date to current standards.

As you can see below, the initial site was clean and nicely laid out. However, we chose to bring more of the full scope of the project to the home page with the new prototypes. The logo also needed a bit of simplification to degrade gracefully at smaller sizes.

The client chose the first prototype, which you can view at http://lanternprojects.org.
